1. Preheat the oven to 175°C

2. Mix the oatmeal and the grated coconut in a bowl

3. Cut the cranberries and the almonds into small pieces and add them to the bowl

4. Cut up the Apple Fruit Sticks, add to the bowl and mix well

5. Put the coconut oil, the agave syrup and the brown sugar in a saucepan to dissolve the sugar

6. Place on baking parchment with a cake cutter or rectangular baking mould, make your cereal bars, pressing down well with a spoon

7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on your oven

8. Take out of the oven and put in the freezer for 5 minutes

9. Store in a hermetic box


100 g of oatmeal

30 g of coconut oil

20 g of caster sugar

75 g of agave syrup

A large handful of whole almonds

A handful of cranberries

1 tablespoon of grated coconut

1 sachet of Apple Fruit Sticks
