Mango and coconut chia pudding

Preparation

Step 1

In a recipient, mix the plant based milk with the syrup and the chia seeds.

Step 2

Put your mixture in the fridge for the night. I know, it takes a while but do not worry, it is worth it ;)

Step 3

Hello beautiful morning ! It's time to take out of the fridge your mixture !

Step 4

Peel off your mangoes and cut them into thin slides.

Step 5

Pour into small bowls your mixture, and on top of it, place your mangoes slices.

Step 6

Your desert is ready to be eaten ! Bon appétit ;)

Ingredients

75 cl of plant-based coconut milk

9 tbsp. of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of agave syrup or maple syrup, as you wish ;)

2 beautiful mangoes
