Hummus with beetroot and [N.A!] Rice Crackers

1. Cook the chickpeas and drain well

2. Put the liquor from the chickpeas to one side

3. Cook the beetroot

4. Mix everything together and add the chickpea liquor

6. Add the sesame cream, the lemon juice, the olive oil and the coriander

7. Mix thoroughly and enjoy with the N.A! Rice Crackers!!!


1 packet of N.A! Rice Crackers

300 g of cooked chickpeas

150 g of cooked beetroot

2 tablespoons of sesame cream (tahini)

1 lemon

2 pinches of salt

1 tablespoon of olive or sesame oil

A few coriander leaves
