Hummus x 2 and [N.A!] Rice Crackers

Sweet Houmous:

1. Steam the sweet potatoes

2. Steam the red peppers

3. Cook the chickpeas

4. Blend them all together

5. Add the oil, the mild chilli powder, the paprika and the juice

6. Season to taste

7. Mix everything together and enjoy with the N.A! Rice Crackers!!!

Green fresh dip:

1. Cook the edamame beans (or garden peas)

2. Cook the spinach

3. Blend them all together

4. Add the lime juice

5. Add the tahini paste (sesame seed purée)

6. Add the soy sauce

7. Mix everything together and enjoy with the N.A! Rice Crackers


100 g of cooked sweet potato

100 g of cooked red peppers

100 g of cooked chickpeas

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of ground paprika

Half a teaspoon of mild chilli powder

Juice of half an orange

Salt and pepper

150 g of edamame beans (or garden peas)

50 g of spinach

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons of tahini paste (sesame seed purée)

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1 or 2 pouches of N.A! Rice Crackers
